I was having trouble with my online order so I went in store and they helped me and also gave me the online number for online ordering too. Very helpful team never had an issue with them. Going instore seems to get things done so much quicker and easier

The good guys online are not in sync with local stores/delivery options. They sent me a text asking me to choose a delivery day. They said I would get a text advising me of my delivery window. I chose a Wednesday for my delivery and I never received a text telling me my delivery window. I contacted them via their online chat and was told they couldn't help me cos I'm in a rural area. Then I get a call from the local store mid-afternoon telling me they don't deliver on a Wednesday. I've wasted a whole day. Very disappointing!!

Online order experience terrible! Ordered a month ago, since then only got one generic email saying delayed. Online chat terrible, said i’d be contacted by phone or email, 5 days later nothing. Waiting on chat again, after 30 mins waiting for agent its puts me back to the BOT and asks how my experience was! So many bad reviews After another hour waiting on chat they said they will email links for other models to change to. Never received any email. Just a disgrace!

Purchased a Garmin Watch, wonderfull customer service. They didn’t have the model I was after and they happily ordered it in and it arrived in just over a week. So happy with my purchase and the customer service I will shop at Good Guys Traralgon again

They used Team Global Express as a freight company for an online order. My lord. I have never known such pain and frustration. Look up their reviews if you're curious. They're basically the epitome of terrible service.

I always recieve excellent customer service at the Traralgon store. I feel "at home" when I come in as the workers are so genuine in their personalities. C.J is DEFINITELY in my opinion, an extremely valued employee! I have an almost 4 year old and how she interacted with my daughter was excellent. Her upselling skills are excellent, we walked out with a light up hippo, on top of upgrading my carpet cleaner that broke and now waiting to be ordered in. Everybody there was really good at finding the best item suited to my needs and they create such an enjoyable, fun atmosphere. I have purchased quite a lot from the good guys and I will continue to choose them as my number 1 when I can. Thanks again to C.J for having that bubbly energy and helping me with keeping my daughter entertained and happy. 😁
